International Innovation Parks Alliance (IIPA) aims to provide and establish world-class service platform for different innovation parks from all around the world, and with the help of multi-industrial consultation network that IIPA acquire, IIPA could help different Parks to diagnose and know the needs of different parks. We assist innovation parks in transformation process by helping them to adjust their strategic positioning, market positioning, function positioning and image positioning. We also help Parks to integrate resources including operational resource, channel resource and human resource. We aim to help Parks to transform so as to enhance their soft power.

By enhancing the Park’s soft power, this can attract more enterprise to station at the Parks. Aligning with the government’s policies and environmental facilities, this could attract other countries’ Innovation Parks to invest in China. Furthermore, this could raise the tax revenue from both the Parks and industry, and bring more revenue for the government.

Alliance member Haixia Youyi Group Limited reflected their needs on urban and architectural planning in order to develop 740 acres of land in Caibao Innovation Park. In response to the needs of our member, we have immediately invited Mr. Huang Weililn, Architectural Consultant and General Manager (Greater China) from Aedas to pay a visit to the Innovation Park. During the visit, he exchanged ideas and communicated with government officials and leaders of the project.
